Social Contribution

Support for the underprivileged

LSHQ is committed to fulfilling its social responsibilities as a member of the community beyond profit-seeking.

We are considering social contribution activities that can co-exist with local residents within the city of Yichang, where the workplace is located. So far, LSHQ has contributed to establishing a social safety net, including participation in veterans' consideration fund and poverty eradication activities. Supporting vulnerable class assumptions is also a major concern for LSHQ. While expanding employment for the disabled, we are continuously working on projects to help low-income families in nearby areas find economic stability.

Supporting medical facilities: We continue our medical support activities based on the perception that communities must be healthy in order for companies to be sustainable.

In 2011, LSHQ donated 30,000yuan to build a hospital. The fund was used by the Red Cross Society China to build the Bo’ai Hospital.

In 2020, when the COVID-19 spread, LSHQ delivered masks and donations to Yichang city to protect local residents. As the virus spread to Hubei province, an additional 40,000 masks were donated to the Hubei Red Cross.

Fostering future talent: LSHQ supports people who will lead the development of the community.

In 2010, LSHQ sponsored China Three Gorges University students to visit to the World Fair in Shanghai. and in 2019, LSHQ donated funds for the development of education in Dianjun District.

In addition, we are conducting a project to deliver donations to vulnerable families so that equal educational opportunities can be provided to poor students.

Workplace Safety

Safety management: For the workplace safety, LSHQ announces and strictly adheres to the following internal standards: We strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Safety Production Act, establish and establish a responsible system for safety production of all employees, and standardize safety production. We establish and practice safety production regulations and equipment management manuals in the company. We establish and practice safety production education and training plans for the company. We guarantee the effective implementation of the company's safe production inputs. We manage and control safety risks by grade, and carry out risk exclusion inspection management together to pursue work safety within the company and prevent potential production accidents in advance. We establish emergency response scenarios for production safety accidents and regularly practice response.

ECO Management

Harmful chemical substance control

LSHQ's harmful chemical substances are mainly waste oil, which are managed and controlled both by the company and the agency. LSHQ collects waste oil and store them separately in specific warehouses, and strictly manage the release. Releasing is controlled by the agency. LSHQ report to the hazardous waste network and dispose waste through qualified company for hazardous waste disposal, after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Water pollution control

LSHQ’s industrial water is reused and does not emitted out from the complex. Most of waste water is residential, and proceeded through integrated sewage system. Water emission is managed to meet the Class 1 emission standard among "GB8978-1996“.
